TenderU is deeply committed to fostering a safe and nurturing environment for our users. Our Child Safety Standard Policy underscores our unwavering resolve to protect the privacy, wellbeing, and security of children. Recognizing the unique vulnerabilities of minors, we implement rigorous safeguards and promote responsible practices that prioritize the safety of children in all our online and offline interactions. TenderU diligently adhere to the stringent guidelines set forth by Google's child safety policies, as well as international and local regulations.
TenderU strictly prohibits and will exhibit zero tolerance for any form of abuse, exploitation, or sexualization involving minors. We rigorously enforce policies designed to protect those under the age of 18. Users who do not adhere to these policies, as detailed herein, are subject to suspension from TenderU and may also incur legal repercussions.
This policy applies to all users of TenderU, as well as user activities, including but not limited to user-generated content, interactive conduct, reporting mechanisms, and content moderation.
We require users to confirm their age at registration, and only those who are 18 years of age or older are permitted to use TenderU and access our services. Should we discover that a user has provided false information regarding age at the time of registration, the account will be subject to suspension.
TenderU employs automated detection and manual review to rigorously prohibit CSEA (Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) activities and CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) content, including, but not limited to:
1. Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child (for example, groping or caressing).
2. Child grooming (for example, befriending a child online to facilitate, either online or offline, sexual contact and/or exchanging sexual imagery with that child).
3. Sexualization of a minor (for example, imagery that depicts, encourages or promotes the sexual abuse of children or the portrayal of children in a manner that could result in the sexual exploitation of children).
4. Sextortion (for example, threatening or blackmailing a child by using real or alleged access to a child’s intimate images).
5. Trafficking of a child (for example, advertising or solicitation of a child for commercial sexual exploitation).
6. Child abuse (for example, maltreating children in live video or forcing children to utilize our services).
